Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 4 to 5 days of receiving your item. Requests for returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition for Returns: The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and delays in bank processing are beyond our control.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of the exchange.
  • Return with Exchange: Should you wish to return an exchanged item, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
